This 280 sq. m house was built in 1871 and it is located on the banks of the Loir River in a village 18 km from the city of Angers home of the Plantagenet, in the Loire area.

Before that, as far as memory goes, the house had never been flooded. But at the time the water rose to 70 cm on the ground floor.

There is a junction to the motorway that goes to Paris, Le Mans, Angers and Nantes only 2 km away.

The international airport of Mazé (direct flights to Southampton) is only 10 km away.
